I have a gym membership but rarely get to actually use it (newborn and toddler) and it's driving me insane. I need a good home workout routine that's easy on the wrists and tail bone and challenging but not impossible haha, still a newb. Thanks in advance!

There's a lot of YouTube videos. I don't have one for you because I'm older and I only walk with Leslie, but I'm sure you could find something.

No go on youtube, not trying to eat up my data and no home internet. Yes I could find something...I'm capable of researching a program out, but thought I would see if their were ones that more experienced fitness buffs or even personal trainers would recommend from experience.

Join my group "CrossTrainers", I currently have a workout posted there. I will post some more soon. The workout I currently have posted is one using your body without weights. If you can't find my group, just friend me and I will invite you.

    Workout videos I've used:
    • X-TrainFit at Home ($20 on amazon) - 90 day program/8 dvd's/most workouts around 1 hr in length/strength & cardio ***There is a newer version out called XTFMax in which the workouts are shorter My results
    • Ruthless (I think I paid $20 at walmart for it) - 60 day program/20 min workouts/10 dvd's
    • Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (around $10) - Very repetitive. People see decent results from it, but it can be very boring./20 min workouts/3 levels
My didn't quite finish results
    • Rockin' Body ($27 on amazon) - 2 DVD's/7 workouts/30 Day calendar/I found this just to be a fun cardio workout. I wouldn't rely on it as a main workout though.

I am doing You Are Your Own Gym and liking it so far. Good variety, takes about a 1/2hr (40 min with warmup) and it is definitely getting me stronger.
