hi guys, I've not planned my evening meal which I should have done and now I can't think what too have
is it best too weigh yourself once a week or a few times a week everyone says different
I'm unsure if I'm eating too much fresh fruit I use this after my lunch and dinner as something that is satisfying me
Need people too give me some motivation, I have lost weight before but this time I want too loose more than a few pounds. Anyone feel free too add me as a friend with some ideas and recipes
