I'm currently trying this, I've read that just eating meat, veg, fruit, nuts, eggs, cheese. But then I've had a fat free yoghurt with my fruit not realising that it has high healthy carbs in according to this app :)

Thank you I have this same portion after my afternoon salad and tea but as you can see its only a reasonable sized portion so I'm not going stop cutting the fruit completely out maybe have it a few times a week

Nope I don't have any medical advise, as you can see from the photo i posted above I am not having much

I have tried both slimming world and weight watchers I prefer slimming world because I love my pasta and jacket potatoes where weight watchers there was no way in having any of them I also lost more at slimming world than Weight watchers most of the time I felt starving :)

I know i love fruit and veg I think I might start having a bowl of veg instead of fruit haha

I would say that is the only form of sugar I mainly have I don't have any in drinks even juice I have no added sugar

I wouldn't say I have a lot maybe 5raspberrys cut in half ,1/2 a apple, hand full of grapes and blueberrys, maybe I should have one bowl of these a day rather than two @wald86 @kommodevaran

Haha I know I added my fruit intake today and it says I'm having too much sugar but these are natural sugars it's not like I'm having over filling bowls just half a bowl size with a fat free yoghurt :) @callsitlikeiseeit
