I have arthritis in my lower back and hips. I am trying to lose weight to take some of the pressure off my lower back. My doctor said just focus on cardio exercise. Any suggestions or help that anyone could provide would be great?
I have used MFP in the past and had fairly good luck with it, but then life happened and I got off track. I'm ready to get focused on improving myself again. Therefore, I am ready to start using MFP again and see improvements to my overall health and self image. Therefore, any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.
