Actually, 31 Days. I’m down 11 lbs as of this morning staying under 1300 calories a day. Still 35 lbs to go, but I think I’m finally going to make it this time :) Anyone else a month or two in?
I came across a funny blog entry on here where the author answers every weight loss concern with "eat fewer calories." I'm unable to locate it now, though. Can anyone direct me to it? Thanks in advance!
