Alternative to weight loss surgery?
I weigh 302 and 5'7. Down 41 lbs since January. This journey has been so irritating! I started with 1200 calories per day but after a 3 week plateau in June changed to 1600 calories to better match by current weight. I even started walking a mile a day on my lunch break. Help with weird weight loss or lack of
I eat 1200 calories a day. Weigh 312 and 5'7 and 37 years. I eat a high protein, low sugar and carb diet and stick to healthy fats. Each Friday I weigh in and lose 1 lb.
