I recently had a kidney transplant on Prednisone which is causing weight gain. I would like to lose this weight and get stronger.
Hi everyone, looks like I will be on Prednisone for life now since my kidney transplant. In one year, I have gained 15 lbs and would like support and encouragement with Prednisone issues.
On a med that has primary side effect is weight gain. I am 156 - highest I have ever been and want to get down to 130 lbs. It's hard with this medication, too. I have increased activity. Would like to have discussion with others in same situation! Encouragement....
