I recently had a kidney transplant on Prednisone which is causing weight gain. I would like to lose this weight and get stronger.

    Welcome! Just stopped to say hello and wish you well on your health journey. There are many types of dieters on MFP. I follow a low calorie, lower sodium diet because that works for me. There are also low carb dieters, Keto dieters, intermittent fasters, vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, and lots more. Recommend reading the introductory posts at the top of each Message Board section. They will give you a good start.
