"Eat for blood type" diet. 40something vegetarian(ish)
Recent visit to a Dr specializing in nutrition to help control cholesterol and lean out. Wants me to get back into tracking my food. Flowing the "eat for your blood type" diet philosophy. 1400 calories a day, 400 cals from protein/carb/fat. Recently had knee surgery and been vegetarian for last 6 months but my blood work…
