Hi, I just joined today and I'm looking for advice. My default settings show: Carbs: 50% - 150g Fat: 30% - 40g Protein: 20% - 60g My goal is to lose weight predominantly and then tone up. Do these guidelines match up with what I'm trying to achieve? Many thanks
