i haven't lost much weight maybe about 3 lbs in 1 month, but I decide to do a before a after picture and I am in shock! I wasn't loosing any weight since the end of September but that DID NOT STOP ME!!! It took me couple of years to gain weight & I know it will take time to loose it as well!

1 month & 5 days difference!
September 15th 2015 - October 20th 2015 I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks, days like today I felt like giving up, but then I compared these two pictures!! Is this normal for me not to be loosing weight?

I have a scale this tells me my Body Fat %, my question is why has my body fat increased? I've been loosing weight, my water % has decreased and my BMI was 32.7 and today it was 31.6! I am a bit confused? Is there something I am doing wrong?

A month progress!
I am glad I've been taking pictures, it's amazing and it feels great going back and comparing the "before" and "current" pictures!! When I feel like giving up, this is what motivates me to keep on going!
