Increasing Squat Mobility?
When I do unweighted squats I can get a little past parallel with good form but when doing weighted squats I found that I can't get past parallel without butt wink (I get flexion). Cooking with Cast Iron/Allergies
My question might be a strange one. My boyfriend has a severe egg allergy. We typically cook with nonstick/stainless steel so cleaning after cooking with eggs is not an issue.
