I'm losing quite well on my waist but my hips are lagging behind, consequently my jeans are swimming around my waist and I have to wear a belt, any ideas on any exercises that would help? Cheers.

I'm having real trouble getting my water consumption up. When I get to about 4 glasses ( 4 X 350ml) I feel really bloated and get a tummy ache............any suggestions please?

Food calories and slow cooking
Hello, this may be a stupid question to the veterans but can someone clarifyclarify the following please? I use my slow cooker a lot. Do I take the calorific value of the raw foods I use or are there added/subtracted calories for the cooked ingredients? Thanks
