Exercise to strengthen back muscles
I'm a new mom with a 1 month old. Hoping to be cleared for exercise by next week. I can sense that my back muscles are at their weakest now. Picking up baby from crib itself seems like a challenge at times. I want to start working on them before it gets worst. Any exercises you can list that targets back muscles?

How many calories fitbit gives you for 10k steps?
I understand that calories burned depends on stats. So can you please mention your stats as well. I don't have fitbit or any hrm gadgets and I'm trying to estimate the approx burn. I use Pacer app which is giving me 250 Cal for 10k steps. I'm 5'5" and 62.5 kg(138 lbs)

Anyone add calories burned from total steps everyday
So I just started tracking number of steps taken everyday. But confused on whether I should add them separately as an exercise. Doesn't MFP already have that added in daily goal? I have set myself as sedentary. Should I start adding steps if I go above 10k per day.

With people following different diets, giving up fav food, starving and doing everything just to hurry up to the ideal weight, how do you plan to eat after you hit the goal? Plan of 'I can eat to my content after losing these pounds' is just the vicious cycle?

How to stop passing unhealthy food habits to kids?
I didn't mean restricting kids from having any food. But how do you think we can teach kids to have a healthy relationship with food? At times I wonder if watching me measuring each and every food can have a reverse impact on kids!! What are those habits which you feel you could have learned bit earlier?

Craving fast food right now!
I was searching all over my kitchen to find some chips or cookies. I have none! I'm not hungry at all. Its already night and im done with my dinner too. I just want to munch like before :( Habits are hard to break!!

Did I really burned 400 cal by walking 1hr?
I'm 68kg and 5' 5". I went for a walk today and covered 6 km in 1hr. I don't have any tracker with me so used some websites to figure out cal burned. I'm getting between 420-450. Can I safely log 400 cal in my workout?

weight loss impossible if body keeps stabilizing?
From what I understand by reading on weight loss is 'eat on deficit to lose weight'. So If I usually have 1600 calories, I should lose weight when i reduce that to 1300.
