While I agree that nothing is totally black and white, where did you draw the line?how do you choose what to eat?

All I planned for was a 90 cal chocolate. But I ended up helping myself with a good portion of pizza I made for family. I'm not sure of calories since i didnt even weigh it you see. It was not for me 😞

1) Sugar from sources like tea to cake to icecream. But I do have rice daily 2) Oil when its from deep fried food items. But I do saute my veggies. 3) Cheese when its from pizza I had today(loads of it). I had them mostly hoping for mental satisfaction but I am not so sure I got even that. I end up feeling ' not full'

Nursing position is something my lactation consultant told to work on to reduce impact of back. I haven't done any kind of exercises till now.

As you log your weight loss progress, I have noticed that MFP automatically recalculates the calories.

May be bcz OP's body fat % is low combined with acitivity level (for sedentary i still cant fathom) which is keeping metabolism higher. I am not sure just putting a thought!

That's exactly my problem. My steps vary a lot since my 'walking/ being active' habit is not set and I don't want to add extra calories which MFP has already accounted. I don't have a fitbit, so I guess I have to observe for a week or so and then adjust accordingly.

I'm using an app called Pacer. It does sync with MFP but adds it as exercise even I take only 1k steps as part of normal steps a day

I reduced milk in take just because it's tough to get fresh milk unless I own a cow. Milk is the most adulterated food at my place.

Oh really. Another miracle diet? You have all solutions in just 24 days? Pls leave us poor souls. We do love longer routes than the quick/ unhealthy fixes. I think you are already getting 'appropriate' response in the thread you started.

I eat Indian food every day and I am not finding it boring. I reserve high calorie food for festivals(which we have many ;) ) Play around with food. Substitute high calorie food with low calories. I use oil everyday but not ghee. Feel free to check my dairy.

Definitely ^^this. Well that's what life is all about isn't. We strive to reach where we want to be. And then put in more effort to keep it with us. Soon enough that becomes our second nature!!! You have already done so well yourself, I'm sure you will figure this out as well :)

Taking smalls sips of water in between the exercise might help? Some people sweat a lot during workout. Every 15mins my trainer used to tell me to get a sip of water.

I struggled with same issue for quite a long time. I was hungry the moment I open the doors and go straight for unhealthy/fast food. I then started carrying evening snack with me, which I eat if I'm hungry. Plus pre planning my dinner helped. I don't try to cook my dinner after reaching home.

Juices, sauces, ice cream, chocolates, deep fried food... And Rice. I'm always hungry after eating rice.

There was a time I cldnt imagine finishing my lunch without a bar of chocolate. And then one day the shop in my office building closed down. No I didn't walk to next building to get one. As days went by I ended up forgetting about chocolate. The shop is back now, but I'm out of that habit.

My food is mostly a combo of rice/wheat , lentils and vegetables. I weigh them everyday when i cook my food including the oil/ sugar I use in the dish. But its true that I'm disappointed by 3rd week and think I'm doing something wrong and try to change diet again.
