So I like, many of you, have hit the plateau. I'm stuck at the 200 - 204 lb range and I just can't seem to get over the hump! I'm damn near a vegetarian marathon man! I don't think being stuck at the 200 lb mark is what really bothers me, but I'm sure not being able to shake the winter love monkey off my midsection is!!!…
So my question is do you or don't you eat more calories than recommended by MFP? I ask because MFP has adjusted my calories to a much smaller amount (1500) and it leaves me starving damn near! I hate gambling that I will work off the extra calories with exercise because I travel a lot and I might not be able to get to gym…
