HIIT time?
Hi all! I've just started doing HIIT and I read on my workout guide that I should do it for 10-15min but Im wondering if this is including the "rest" time or is it only the actual running time? Im supposed to run 30sec and stop 30sec. Thank you!

Apple watch workouts
Hi all!!! So I've been resistence training and noticed my apple watch never counts it as "exercise". If I do it for an hour it will count 5 minutes or less. Is this an issue for anybody else? Maybe Im doing something wrong? Im working out with a personal trainer so hopefully it's just a weird thing the watch does! Thanks…

Eating back calories
Hey all! Im sorry if this has already been discussed but Im having the hardest time figuring out if I should eat back my work out calories. MFP seems to say yes but my personal trainer said no.
