What music motivates you?
I like anything fast paced. But that entirely depends on my workout. If I'm on the bike I prefer something mellow. Right now I'm listening to a star is born soundtrack.

Hello all
I'm a little shy. I'm 43 and decided to go back in my diet. Except, it's not a diet it's a lifestyle change. I'm currently 248, and I've lost 21lbs since getting back on track. I still have a long way to go. At my highest I was 340. Almost 100lbs down.
