MFP goal setting & diary ?

I went from not getting off my butt, to cycling 45mins to an hour every day with light kettlebell activity.
I was originally set to "Not very active". Should I change this to lightly active?

I'm not losing but I think that's mostly due to my body not used to working out. After a couple of weeks of this my scale is starting to go down again.

Also, is there a minimum % I should be completing my diary? Obviously anything near my calories goal is ok, but I've noticed the gap get bigger when I started adding calories for exercise.

Thank you!

Eat back at least some of your exercise calories. If you’re not active apart from purposeful exercise then keep it at not very active

Activity setting is nothing to do with exercise. It's your job/lifestyle/normal day to day movement - specificially excluding purposeful exercise.

Your base calorie goal is for a day with no exercise ONLY.
