Last day!
Well, I didn’t meet my goal but I lost a couple of pounds which is better than gaining! I’m personally going to continue the challenge. I may change the goal and calories. Only one more week!
I don’t think I’ll make the 7 pound goal, but at least it’s helped me to log in food everyday. 😃

Weaknesses!
I’ve learned not to buy a box of Nilla Wafers when trying to count calories. 😂😣 Those cookies are addictive. I was popping then in my mouth like popcorn this past week! What are your food weaknesses when you’re trying to count calories?

Goals!
I’ve never posted in a group on Fitbit so I’m not sure how this will display. If you want to post your goals, this is where to do it. My goal is to lose 7 pounds by September 10th and to workout 4 days a week. My calorie max is Low so I might try to do some form of exercise everyday!
