Walking 4.5 mph
Ok so according to myfitnesspal if I eat my rda whilst walking 2 seperate 1 hour 4.5 mph walks I can lose 3 lbs a week, anyone know if this could be possible I'm 20 years old so young I just don't want to get my hopes up in still doing to do those walks every day but would 2 lbs be more accurate or would the 3 be possible?

1,200 cals a day whilst walking everyday (4.5mph) = 2 pounds a week, is that ok?
