1,200 cals a day whilst walking everyday (4.5mph) = 2 pounds a week, is that ok?

    Your height, age and current weight and activity level plus purposeful exercise determine your TDEE

    A 1000 calorie cut from TDEE equals on average 2lb a week loss

    Your nutritional needs can be met in a minimum of 1200 calories as a female if you are careful with the macro and micro nutrient content of your food
