Road trip snacks advice
I regularly (6 times a year) drive 800 miles in a day. Christmas Day is next. What keeps me awake? Good music, coffee (macchiato), and snacks. Snacking is the only thing I physically can do to keep myself awake. I’m not bad, but I’d like to know what delicious but low cal and healthy snacks everyone would suggest. TIA!

New scale suggestions???
I currently have a Hometics tile digital scale. It’s a few years old and the readings fluctuate 4 pounds. It’s good for ballpark weight, but frustrating for tracking. What scales does everyone have and recommend/not recommend? Going to the store later today.

How to get/stay motivated
I am a serial starter. And my head knows I need to lose weight. But yet it’s hard to get motivated and stay motivated. I’ve done challenge groups on FB w/ Beachbody, But it seems so distant. MFP has been where I’ve seen my most success but I now only have 1 active MFP friend... Are there groups out there? Have you found…
