Road trip snacks advice

I regularly (6 times a year) drive 800 miles in a day. Christmas Day is next.
What keeps me awake? Good music, coffee (macchiato), and snacks.
Snacking is the only thing I physically can do to keep myself awake. I’m not bad, but I’d like to know what delicious but low cal and healthy snacks everyone would suggest. TIA!
