Worried about the effects of immobility on my progress
Hi all, Just wondered if anyone has any experience of a broken 5th metatarsal on the foot. I'm currently a week in since I slipped on a step. I am now forced to rest while it heals, which it seems can be anything from 4 to 12 weeks. I have a dura boot and crutches for mobility but can't weight bear at all. I'm only 6…
