Well, 7 weeks now since my injury, I've put on 2 pounds which could be worse, I had an X-ray at five and a half weeks and the darn thing was still broken. I'm 53 and always thought I was 5ft 4" but just got measured at a health check and am 5ft 3", shocker!! I started at 191 lbs and am now 151 lbs. I gave up the gym and am doing much better with home workouts. I've lost 39 pounds with Fitness blender low impact cardio, Body project, Tiffany Rothe booty workout, Jessica Smith, yoga with Adriene, I even do a bit of dance cardio with Jane Fonda, she's great for her age. I chop and change stuff, so I never get bored.…
