If you were to say have a cheat meal for lunch then would you suggest doing a bigger workout? For example, I'm able to order lunch through my work and today was rib day so definitely a cheat though it wasn't that filling lol anyways I'm doing T25 Alpha and tonight is Lower Focus. Would anyone suggest I do more then that?
