Anyone with pcos find they need less calories than the average person to lose? I am considering lowering mine to 1200 as I have been between 1400 and 1800 since Oct. Have lost 20-25 lbs slowly and am stuck, want to speed it up...
Just picked up a copy today, looks good, it focuses on the psychological challenges of weight loss, uses Cognitive Therapy approach. Wondering if anyone has read it and what you thought of it.
Any brand recommendations? Looking for one a day pill with no fishy aftertaste.
I am trying MFP after struggling with weight watchers. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. Hoping that the more detailed plan on MFP will help with getting more protein and keeping my carb intake at a better level. Planning on buying a fitbit too. Need to get some of this weight off.
