How often should I exercise? I started mfp the last week of September 2015 and I started walking for exercise in October. I'm walking usually between 2.5 to 4 miles a day. What are some good ways to add protein?
I seem to be low on protein almost every day. The days I get enough protein I tend to go over on fat. What are some good ways to add protein without adding too much fat?

Good start to 2016
I started back on mfp on September 25. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. I weighed this morning and am down 20 pounds. I am really excited for the new year. I really believe I can do it this time! Good luck to everyone out there. Don't give up! We can do this.
