So, I've been trying! I've stopped the fast foods and sandwich eating( I can eat sandwiches for every meal, I swear!!! ) Water, water, water!!! And I Zumba 2-3 times a week!!! I use this app and register/regulate my food....but still not losing like I'd like... I AM severely stressed(about other stuff, not my weight loss)…
