My fitness goals for Dec. 31
Hi all, so here are my personal fitness goals which I want to accomplish by the end of the year. I currently weight 108,4 kg (238,50 lbs, but that sounds even worse!!!). Hello all, I am starting today on the 3-1-2-1 plan. I like how it combines nutrition and exercise (at least in theory - we will see how I will cope with the practice of it).
