My fitness goals for Dec. 31

Hi all, so here are my personal fitness goals which I want to accomplish by the end of the year.
I currently weight 108,4 kg (238,50 lbs, but that sounds even worse!!!).
By Dec. 31 I want to get below 100 kg (220lbs).
That's my main goal.
To do so I will follow the 3-1-2-1 plan (three days clean eating, 1 cheat day, 2 days clean eating, 1 cheat day) plus 5 workouts a week.

ok my main goal is to increase my exercise to 700 min a week
I currently weigh 143 lbs My goal is to be in the 130's I'm just taking things slow and steady as my main goal is not to gain weight over the winter.0 -
