Gastric Sleever getting back into the routine
Hi all! I am a former MFP user who needs to get back into the routine. Had a gastric sleeve about 15 months ago and lost about 120 lbs total, but have put back on about 20 due to some health issues and stress that caused some snacking. Loved the community on here before and hope to get back on track!
