OK so I have been at 275 for a while now and don't know what to do. I've been keeping track of my calories and staying away from junk food but still the same weight please help
So today I didn't go over my calorie intake which I am happy about but I did. Snack more then I intended regretting that any thing you Guys do to fight temptation maybe it will help
Okay so today I started with walking around a track about 10 times ....I think I lost count but anyway for right now I don't have a gym membership so was wondering is there any other workouts I can do without equipment?
