So today I didn't go over my calorie intake which I am happy about but I did. Snack more then I intended regretting that any thing you Guys do to fight temptation maybe it will help

Dessert time the most difficult for me!! I guess the best thing to do is to distract yourself for at least 20 minutes (going for a walk, taking a shower, cleaning the house, whatever). Then the urge might not be so strong! And make sure your meals are nice and filling0

Why would you regret snacks? They fit into your calorie goal, right? You're still in a deficit, you'll still lose weight.
Many people on this board go for a "moderation of all foods" approach. Meaning you don't have to give up anything you like/love. You just fit it into your goal.
I love to snack too. I have ice cream after dinner most every night. I've lost 73 lbs (plus 25 from pregnancy). I did it following that approach. I made sure to log everything as accurately as possible so that I had the ability to snack as much as I wanted or have the odd high calorie meal.0
