Really bad carb cravings!!!
I'm currently craving carbs constantly. I love rice, bread, and pasta. I can eat it all day. I eat my daily amount of calories along with a hour of Zumba at least 3 times a week. I get at least 8 glasses of fluids per day, more when I work out. Carbs are my weakness and I'm afraid I would get to the point of over doing it.…
