Feeling really despondant - too much fat
It seems as though I've been doing it all wrong. After reading info on a keto diet group, I raised my protein. Now learn that my fat intake is way too high. I could cry that I've wasted these months getting it so wrong :'(

Has anybody had any success making keto scones? I've had a real fancy for some and thought I'd try with almond flour, baking powder, egg, etc. Any tips?

Bread that toasts well
I found a recipe for a low carb bread that toasts well, and now I can't find it (catastrophe!!!) Does anybody have one to recommend (that toasts well, I have recipes for almond beads etc) Thank you xx

Drinking water / extra salt
I try to drink at least 2 Litres / 8 cups of water a day - usually more than that. I also take half a teaspoon of salt in water each morning. But, I am wondering if the more water I drink, it is flushing out the extra salt I'm taking. How much extra salt do other very low carb people take?

Cauliflower Crust Bread
I had my first last night - loving it!! But does anybody have any tips for getting the excess waste out, other than squeezing it in a tea towel? Also, any suggestions or recipes to share as to how to use it when I've made it? I know it can be used as a pizza bar, anything else? Thanks :)

Wow!
I'm smaller now than I was on Christmas Eve! Can't believe it! And I cheated over the holidays. I'm fuming that I have been sold ' fat is bad' all of my life. But happy LCHF is now so mainstream.
