Logging vitamins and supplements
Yay or nay? I take a number of vitamins and supplements everyday and I have never logged them. Three are chewy/gummy the others are pills. Do I log them or not?

Cholesterol levels
My physical was 6/10/16, and I'm Trying to get a handle on my labs. My bad cholesterol is 124, up from last year, so I need to get it down it was 111 in 2015 My good is 76 so that's up from 74, that's good. Trying to maintain weight. I bike (8-10mi) or run (4mi 2x/wk, one long 6-13 mi 1x/wk) everyday, mixing weights and yoga in on occasion. I'm not very active at work but very active at home. Stubborn pounds
Trying to drop 3-4 stubborn pounds. I run 3/x wk & bike 4-5/x wk along with yoga & weight training. Calorie intake vs burn
I want to clarify something. My understanding is when trying to loose weight you lessen your food intake while increasing the number of calories you burn. So do I "add" back in the calories I burn onto my original amount. Like I eat 1300 calories, then burn 300 calories so I need to consume 1600 calories? I eat fairly…
