I'm aware I might have been a little premature in putting mine up but maybe I'm not the only one..

So I've noticed that I'm not getting enough iron each day, I don't really like red meat and even when I ate a lot of spring greens yesterday it didn't go up much, I hate spinach.What else can I boost my iron intake with?
