So currently I am eating 1500 calories a day and burning around 200-250 with various exercise. I want to lose 20 pounds before my graduation this summer. Should I be eating less? Working out more? I'm 5'4" 160lbs and 18 years old.

Trying to lose 20 more pounds
So in 3 months I was able to 16 pounds and its been great. I'm 5'4 and 157 pounds now. I've been really struggling with keeping up my calories and for a few weeks I've been only eating 850 calories and obsessing over the scale everyday cringing over the fluctuations. I'm bringing my calories back up to at least 1300. I…
