So currently I am eating 1500 calories a day and burning around 200-250 with various exercise. I want to lose 20 pounds before my graduation this summer. Should I be eating less? Working out more? I'm 5'4" 160lbs and 18 years old.

Personally you sound like you are in the zone you should be. If you are being diligent about weighing food and exercising you should be darn close to 20 lbs by June (if that's when graduation is).0

That all sounds good but keep in mind that WHAT makes up those 1500 calories you're taking in daily is just as much a factor as the calorie count itself. Try to eliminate refined sugars, white breads, pasta, etc. The way your body processes certain foods can make it difficult to lose weight if you keep taking them in. Good luck!0

You certainly can! You have about 3 months. You have to make smart decisions when eating. You should meal prep your food for the whole week. Maybe one or two bad meals per week so you won't give up! Keep it up!0
