I have never made this nor have I ever even tasted it, but looked interesting so.. What the heck. I made the Gnocchi using 2.5 lb of potato 2.5 c of Flour 1 egg some garlic powder salt & Pepper for the sauce I used 1/2 cup of onion 2 tblspns of olive oil some sage 1/4 cup of flour 2 c milk some wine salt & pepper
