    For some reason it won't paste here, but I tried it elsewhere and it was a link to a slow cooker beef stew recipe. Made that last week...it appears I haven't copied since then.

    It was pretty good, the potatoes were so tender, like dense mashed potatoes. A friend suggested Bovril, I'll try using it next time.
