A time to build on last year.
Hi, I have been though 3 Fitbits lasts year as they broke or I lost them. I was walking 1500 steps per day when I got my first Fitbit. I now aim for 10,000 steps or more. I lost 20 lbs. last year and gained 6 back over the holidays. My goals for this year are tighter controls and organizing of what I eat, toneing…
