New to EM2WL
Hi all, I am 36 years old, and new to the EM2WL. I cut my calories to 1000-1200 and working out to Jillian MIchael's dvds, plus some extra weight training 3x a week and running once a week about 2 years ago and lost 35 pounds (160 down to 125).
