Cheat Days?
i allow myself 1 cheat day a week while dieting because, well i need a day of grace. On this cheat day i would watch my portions tho of what i ate. My questions: How do u go about having a cheat day? Do you do cheat meals instead? Has a cheat day every ruined your weekly progress? Any tips? :)
