Hi friends! How do you choose the right protein powder (and how do you know if you even need one) and what are your thoughts on all of the different supplement weight loss teas, drinks, smoothies etc....Isagenix, Shakeology etc....
Snacks are getting the best of me today...not necessarily unhealthy but too many and too often. Rough morning set the mood for the whole day. Tried to shake it but instead just decided to be mindful of today and not let it repeat again. I logged everything.
