Day 2 has begun.
My goal is to lose 25lbs and maintain that weight. Yesterday I ended up binging and I was 1,300 over my suggested calorie intake. cravings got the best of me. New and to be improved
I just started this today, I'm realizing I eat a lot of carbs and fat more than anything. Which is terrible. Day 1 4:10pm and I've consumed more than half of my calories already hahaha..
