Swimming laps
I had to change gyms recently, and the new gym has a lap pool, which sounds like it would be a fun change of pace for my cross training days. (I bike, run, and lift.) To log strength or not...
Checking out MFP after years of WW, and I'm liking what I'm seeing so far. I use a Fitbit Charge HR and have synced it to MFP, so I'm not logging my cardio to avoid double counting. The Fitbit seems to be giving me a reasonable number of calories for my cardio. Yay! But what about strength? Should I be logging it here…
