Starting over again

I just bought this dvd and I like it so far. I was wondering how to figure out how many calories I burn. Also I'd like to hear what other people think about it and how they switch up the workouts since they aren't different levels intensity.

Trying to become a morning person
I have a hard time finding time to workout. When I get off of work at night I'm usually too tired to get going. I would like to work out in the morning to start my day off right, but I can't seem get out of bed especially during the winter. Any tips on how to become a morning person? Thanks

Running out of steam
I've been trying lose weight the past year and have fallen off a couple of times. I'll do good but then I have bad days and can't seem to stay with it. I would love to reach my goal weight by June. I try to exercise everyday and eat fairly healthy. I need some buddies to hold me accountable so I'll hopefully stay motivated.
